With ALAI’s continual pursuit of excellence it has begun the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). ALAI hopes to deliver services that meet customer and regulatory requirements through the organizational framework and continuous improvement that the system provides. ALAI has engaged an external consultant, FCU Solutions Inc., to support this certification effort. As of date, ALAI has successfully passed the Stage 1 Audit and is now diligently preparing for Stage 2. ALAI targets to be fully certified by 3rd quarter of 2025.
