The 60MW Kapangan Hydroelectric Power Project will be developed on the Amburayan River in the Province of Benguet and Santol in La Union. In general, existing access roads consist of uphill and downhill terrains of concrete roads passing through a number of bridge crossings that provides access to the project site. The site requires construction of access roads to be able access all major civil components of the Project especially the adit portals of the tunnel.  The aim of COHECO is to implement a Hydropower Facility under an early works (access road works) and various split contracts arrangement covering major works such as civil, electro-mechanical supply and transmission facilities.
